Does the change of name affect all subsidiaries of Raab Karcher?
Yes. All subsidiaries will carry the name Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH. (All suppliers will therefore have to change the master data for every subsidiary.) It is possible to abbreviate the name with SGBD Deutschland GmbH.

Do invoices for merchandise still have to be sent to the address in Magdeburg?
Yes. Only the company name will change. Address and handling of invoices remain the same.

From what date on does the new invoicing address apply?
Invoices concerning merchandise before 01 July 2008 may be issued to Raab Karcher Baustoffe GmbH, provided the supplier cannot change it to Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH. From July 1 all invoices have to be made out to SGBD Deutschland GmbH.
What will happen to subsidiaries?
Other companies (e.g. Saxonia, Dern, Gallhöfer etc.) are not affected by the change of name. Only the name Raab Karcher Baustoffe GmbH will be changed to Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH.
Does the VAT-ID change?
No, the VAT-ID remains the same.
